Mattie Rose Development was formed as a sister company to Grandfather Homes to uncover unique land opportunities and meet the increasing demand of custom, quality homes for which Grandfather Homes is known. Since 2012, Mattie Rose Development has created 12 new pocket communities totaling over 100 new homes.
