Since relocating to Charlotte in 2001, she has specialized in custom kitchen and bath design, and today serves as a vital liaison between clients, contractors, and the Grandfather Homes team. She helps ensure every project is completed to the company’s rigorous standards of quality, craftsmanship, and service.

Charlene manages records in BuilderTrend, tracks permits and selections, and assists internal teams and external partners during the build process.

When she’s not on-site or coordinating behind the scenes, you’ll likely find her off the grid—hiking or biking a favorite trail.
