“Grandfather Homes got the green light Monday night from the Charlotte City Council to move forward on plans to build 15 single-family bungalows in the Clawson Village neighborhood near Marsh Road.
Grandfather Homes plans to take over a subdivision project started by Modern Dwellings, which won a rezoning in July 2006 to build out 15 lots on 3.6 acres across from the intersection of Little Hope Road and Urban Place.“
