Toys for Tots is a US Marine Corps organization that is near and dear to Grandfather Homes’ heart. Matt was a major contributor in the 1st Annual Toys for Tots Drive at Cheval in Mint Hill! The fundraiser was positioned around The Holiday Homes Tour, in which visitors were asked to bring unwrapped toys or make cash donations in order to tour the model homes. Matt went above and beyond when he arranged for a military transport truck and a huge blow up Santa to be placed at the community’s entrance to accept gifts. By the end of the day, 889 toys were donated and over $1000 in cash raised.
