Homebuilder Grandfather Homes has plans to build 10 custom homes in Cramer’s Pond, which will be developed around the historic Barnhardt-Cramer House at 2733 Country Club Lane. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Historic Landmarks Commission is under contract to purchase the original estate along with four adjacent lots using the Historic Preservation Revolving Fund, according to Grandfather Homes…”
